Trinity Hall, a New Jersey independent school and 501c3 non-profit organization, is governed by a board of trustees.

Trustees are drawn from leaders throughout Monmouth County who are committed to single-sex education, including representatives from the business, legal, philanthropic, religious and educational communities.

The board is the guardian of Trinity Hall’s mission. It is the board’s responsibility to ensure that the mission remains relevant and vital to the community it serves and to monitor the success of the school in fulfilling its mission. To affirm high standards and ethical behavior, Trinity Hall’s board of trustees will abide by following the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Principals of Good Practice, set forth to provide a common perspective on the responsibilities of independent school boards.
