Career Exploration (Grades 11-12)

On and off-site internships fostering exploration and instilling commitment.



Freshmen Year (Exploration):

Setting clear expectations around student behavior and performance; Setting individual and group goals & objectives; Time management; community knowledge and involvement; and Awareness and tolerance of diverse perspectives.

Sophomore Year (Experience):

Personal exploration; Project planning; Group dynamics and conflict resolution; and Critical thinking.

Junior Year (Example):

Project coordination; Resource development and allocation; Leading reflection and inquiry; and Articulating personal and civic values with an understanding of engaged citizenship.

Senior Year (Excellence):

Networking; Public speaking; Self-evaluation; Responsible management; and College and career planning.
