At Trinity Hall, the safety of our students, staff, and community members is held in the highest regard.

Trinity Hall retained the consulting services of StoneGate Associates (SGA) to perform a safety, security, and emergency management assessment of our campus facilities and school procedures. Led by a team of experienced security and law enforcement professionals, SGA supports various industries – including schools – by developing effective security management programs that are designed to enhance life safety, minimize property loss, improve public relations, and decrease liability.

  • Security Staff: Trinity Hall has partnered with Global Mark LLC to provide full-time on-site campus security coverage from licensed law enforcement officials – both retired and active in service.
  • Security Technology: Using the initial campus assessment as a guide, Trinity Hall installed various systems to ensure adequate supervision of our school building and other campus facilities; appropriate access to the buildings for staff and students only; and intrusion alarms to mitigate any potential trespassers during evening/weekend/holiday hours.  Systems include surveillance cameras and monitors, as well as door access readers and cards.
  • Relationships:  Trinity Hall has sought and received support from local authorities, including the Middletown Police and Fire Departments, and the volunteer EMT divisions.  Their support is vital to the success of our organization.
  • 24/7 Lockdown:  The exterior doors to our school building are locked at all times.  Community members are provided access as appropriate, and all parents and guests are welcomed – and asked to sign in/out – by our security staff upon visiting school.
  • Crisis Management Plan:  Trinity Hall has developed an “all hazards” emergency management plan for the school that addresses the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparation, response, and recovery. This plan is an active document and will be enhanced and updated frequently to remain in compliance with New Jersey school safety regulations.
  • Communication and Training:  To support our school-specific plans and procedures, Trinity Hall facilitates a series of professional emergency management trainings for all administrators, faculty, and staff, and students every school. Appropriate plan information is shared with parents as well.
  • Drills: In compliance with state regulations, and to test and improve our protocols, Trinity Hall conducts one fire evacuation drill and one other emergency drill (i.e., lockdown; shelter-in-place) every month during the school year.  These drills are unannounced and practiced with the seriousness of a true emergency.

Testing for Lead in School Drinking Water

The State Board of Education adopted regulations regarding testing for lead in drinking water in schools throughout New Jersey. Every school must make all test results available at the school facility and on the school’s website. Click the link below for the Trinity Hall report.
