It is important that this form is completely filled out, including the name of your resident district Board of Education and the distance from your home to school, one way, by the shortest route. These forms are used to create bus routes, issue bus passes and calculate reimbursement. The district will notify you of this decision directly.
Following this assessment, and along with reviewing the home addresses of our enrolled student body, the second step of our transportation planning process each year is to determine geographic areas requiring transportation routes arranged by Trinity Hall. Trinity Hall partners with bus companies in the Monmouth County area to provide our students daily busing to and from school in safety-equipped school buses. Five routes utilize general pick-up/drop-off locations that are reasonably convenient for each family.
The third step
of our transportation planning process is for all enrolled families to submit a School Bus Permission Form
each year. Families taking advantage of our transportation services should complete Option A. Any families opting out of the transportation program should complete Option B to allow your daughter to ride Trinity Hall-provided transportation for field trips and other school activities.
