We recognize that appropriate transportation is a key factor in ensuring that Trinity Hall is accessible to all families in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean counties. Our current students come from over 45 communities throughout central New Jersey and the Jersey Shore coastal towns, and we anticipate this number will grow significantly in the coming years.

The first step of our transportation planning process each year will be to assess the school districts that are willing to provide busing to Trinity Hall students. As our enrollment grows, school districts must determine if they will provide reimbursement for resident students attending private schools in lieu of providing busing, or if it is more economical to send a district bus. The reimbursement is limited to students who live at least 2.5 miles but not more than 20 miles from Trinity Hall. The maximum reimbursement is currently $1000 per student, and this is paid directly to you by your town. Therefore, all enrolled families should complete a Form B6T (Application for Private School Transportation) annually, and submit to Trinity Hall by March 15.

It is important that this form is completely filled out, including the name of your resident district Board of Education and the distance from your home to school, one way, by the shortest route. These forms are used to create bus routes, issue bus passes and calculate reimbursement. The district will notify you of this decision directly.

Following this assessment, and along with reviewing the home addresses of our enrolled student body, the second step of our transportation planning process each year is to determine geographic areas requiring transportation routes arranged by Trinity Hall. Trinity Hall partners with bus companies in the Monmouth County area to provide our students daily busing to and from school in safety-equipped school buses. Five routes utilize general pick-up/drop-off locations that are reasonably convenient for each family.
The third step of our transportation planning process is for all enrolled families to submit a School Bus Permission Form each year. Families taking advantage of our transportation services should complete Option A. Any families opting out of the transportation program should complete Option B to allow your daughter to ride Trinity Hall-provided transportation for field trips and other school activities.
