Biography
Alison Le Vine Pugsley joined Trinity Hall as the director of athletics in the summer of 2019. She has worked with student-athletes on their comprehensive development for the past 10 years. Alison started her career at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL in the Athletic and Personal Development department, working with student-athletes, collegiate athletes, and professionals in mental conditioning. She then went on to become director of athletics at The Hewitt School, an all-girls, K-12 independent school located in New York City. Most recently she worked with the student-athletes at Fordham University as an academic advisor. Alison is dedicated to supporting students as they grow and thrive academically, athletically and personally.
Alison earned her B.A. from the University of Richmond where she played on the varsity women’s soccer team. She holds her M.S. in sport psychology from the University of Tennessee. Alison is a Monmouth County native and is happy to be living back in the area with her husband, two sons, and their golden doodle.
