NJSIAA Season Calendar Updates

The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) has recently updated the season start and end dates. Please see the new dates below:

*Special Season is for girls’ volleyball and gymnastics. Additionally, Season 3 will be used as a back-up should the fall season need to be suspended due to deteriorating health circumstances. In the event of a suspension, NJSIAA will consider the percent of the season that has been completed and will evaluate whether the season should be resumed during Season 3.

Shore Conference Schedule Updates:
The Shore Conference has focused on divisional scheduled games for the fall 2020 season. Each school in the division will play each other twice in the same week, one home game and one away game. Updates regarding post season play will be shared at a later date.
 
Training Times:
Training will take place after school Monday-Friday from 3:15 – 5:30 p.m. Student-athletes may be picked up at the site of training or back on campus by 5:30 p.m. Saturday practice times are at the discretion of the head coach.
 
Transportation:
Transportation will be provided to and from training and games. Athletics will follow the same protocols and procedures for school bus transportation. Trinity Hall buses used for athletics will follow proper cleaning guidelines.
 
Daily Screenings:
Athletic Staff and Coaches will be required to follow the same Trinity Hall Daily Screening protocols and procedures.
 
Equipment:
Student-athletes will have an equipment bag that will be placed in an athletic bin upon arrival. All seniors who are driving to school must keep their equipment bag in their car. All equipment must be properly labeled with the student-athletes full name. Training gear and uniforms must be washed after every use, and all personal equipment must be sanitized after every use. School administered equipment will be sanitized on a daily basis following proper guidelines.
 
School Attire on Competition Days:
Student-athletes will be permitted to wear their uniform and warm-up to school on competition days. Warm-ups will be purchased by the student-athlete, information regarding warm-ups will be released directly from coaches.
 
School Attire on Training Days:
Sport specific team administered warm-ups may be worn over training attire to school.
 
Spectators:
Guidelines regarding spectators at competition will be forthcoming.
