Biography
Dana Cain is excited to be part of the Trinity Hall community as a humanities teacher, teaching AP World History. She had formerly taught at Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung, and at the Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison. During her time at Wardlaw-Hartridge, Dana started a drama club program for lower school students, supervised the costume crew for the upper school musical, and served as a faculty cohort member of the Global Scholars Program. At Trinity Hall she is a faculty advisor for the speech and debate club, SCOPE, and the business club, and also serves as an academic advisor.
Dana earned her B.A. from College of the Holy Cross, where she majored in history and theatre. As a theatre major, Dana performed in Alternate College Theatre productions as well as on the main stage. She worked in the Worcester Shakespeare Company as an intern actor. Dana also interned with the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, where she taught theatre to students ranging in age from elementary through high school, and assisted with their productions. Wanting to pursue her passions for history and teaching, Dana completed her M.Ed. in education at Boston College. She is thrilled to be a Monarch, teaching the young women of Trinity Hall.
