Biography
This is Lauren’s ninth year at Trinity Hall, and she is grateful to be a part of this community. She teaches English II.
Lauren grew up in Rumson and attended Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School, where she played four years of varsity basketball and three years of varsity field hockey. She graduated from the University of Virginia with B.A. degrees in English and Spanish. While in college, Lauren studied abroad in Valencia, Spain and completed two internships at Dateline NBC and HarperCollins Publishers in New York City. She then earned her M.A. in teaching from Monmouth University with certifications in English, Spanish and English as a second language. Lauren is also a certified yoga teacher and has taught yoga locally to young children, adolescents and adults of all ages, both in studios and on the Sea Bright public beach. Outside of school, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, reading, cooking, and gardening.
