New Year, New Faces at Trinity Hall

We are proud to introduce the new faculty and staff members for the 2022-2023 school year, including our new athletic director. Robert Bagley, an experienced athletics administrator in all-girls schools, has been named Trinity Hall’s new athletic director. Mr. Bagley will operate and manage Trinity Hall’s award-winning athletic program, joining Ms. Miranda DeRobertis, our returning athletic trainer and assistant athletic director, and Emily Gallagher, our new athletic administrative coordinator.

Mr. Bagley joins Trinity Hall from Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, an all-girls school in Houston, Texas, where he served as the head of athletics since 2014. Prior to Duchesne Academy, Bagley enjoyed a long tenure at The Chapin School, an all-girls school in Manhattan, serving in many capacities such as the director of student life, physical education teacher, volleyball coach and gymnastics coach. Mr. Bagley earned a B.A. in elementary education from Long Island University and holds a Master’s degree in curriculum and design in physical education from Columbia Teachers College.

“I am thrilled to be part of the Trinity Hall community,” expressed Mr. Bagley.  “I am looking forward to building on the athletic success of the past ten years while helping our student-athletes reach their fullest potential.”

“Robert’s knowledge of athletics, independent schools and focus on excellence in girls athletics make him a perfect fit for the Monarchs in their next chapter for athletic success. His experience integrating excellence in student life and well-being in the classroom and beyond align perfectly with the Trinity Hall way. We are excited to see how his talents will continue to support our leadership team and the school community as a whole,” said Head of School Mary Kate Blaine

In addition, several new teachers and staff members join a team of nearly 60 educators for the 2022-2023 school year.

Ms. Blaine added, “We are thrilled to welcome so many talented, passionate, innovative educators and role models into our community this year.”
