Welcoming New Coaches to the Spring Season | Monarch Media

The spring sports season is in full swing and there are two new coaches to welcome. The coaches at Trinity Hall are pivotal mentors for all student-athletes and play a big role in leading the Monarchs to the many accomplishments they have to their name. The Monarchs welcome coaches Ellen LeBlanc and Jenna DeMarinis to Trinity Hall athletics.

One of the new coaches this season is Coach Ellen LeBlanc, a math teacher in the classroom and an incredible coach on the flag football field. She shared, “I love everything about coaching. I love the girls, the football, the enthusiasm, the athleticism, the positive attitude and the chance to represent Trinity Hall! Seeing the girls develop and grow and getting the opportunity to be a part of it has been the most rewarding experience.”

Ava Dadd ‘27, who is heavily involved in flag football, stated, “Coach LeBlanc inspires me to work 110% everyday and I really appreciate how much she cares about us and the dedication she shows. At the last game, I was standing by myself and Mrs. LeBlanc came over and talked to me. It really shows how much she cares about every player.”

The second coach being welcomed to Trinity Hall this spring is Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach, Jenna DeMarinis. A sophmore on the team, O'Malley Elderidge shares, “Coach Jenna has created a welcoming environment for all of the girls. As a new player, I was intimidated joining the team, but the girls are all so supportive which is a reflection of the program our coaches have created. Coach Jenna has brought a positive, motivating, and uplifting energy to the team. She has tremendous knowledge of the game with the experience that she gained from playing Division I lacrosse in college which will allow our team to grow and succeed in the future.”

Coach Jenna adds, “Joining Trinity Hall has been an incredible experience so far. The energy, dedication, and sense of community here are unlike anything I’ve seen at a high school level. The passion these student-athletes bring every day is inspiring, and there’s a strong sense of sisterhood that makes this program truly special. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned to help build on the competitive culture here at Trinity. I’m truly grateful to be a part of a community that values both athletic and personal growth. I can’t wait to see these young ladies grow and help empower them—on and off the field.”

The bonds fostered between players and coaches is extremely important when creating a positive environment in which they can thrive. The community is excited to support the new coaches and the teams throughout the season!
