December 2014 Wrap-Up

December 2014: A Month of Accomplishment!

  • Arts: The Trinity Hall Glee Club joined the CBA Choir for a CBA Jazz Series event, “David Benoit Christmas Tribute to Charlie Brown.”
  • Athletics: The fall sports teams celebrated our first-ever Athletic Awards which included presentations by the coaches of the soccer, cross country, volleyball and tennis teams, recognizing the success of each team member. The winter sports season has started and teams have already logged in competition wins!
  • Academics: Students received their first trimester report cards. The second trimester is in full swing, with plenty of new projects getting started.
  • Campus Ministry: December was full of spiritual celebrations: Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Advent, Hanukkah, “Reflect, Refresh, Renew,” La Posada celebration and, of course, Christmas!
  • Community Life: Students participated in service projects (Holiday Express, SADD Dinner, Operation Sleighbell, making fleece blankets) and had their own secret Santa program, dubbed “Trinity Elves.”
  • Campus News: The newest edition of The Trinity Hall Tribune was published.

We can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2015! Happy New Year!
