Faculty Positions
The School: Trinity Hall is an independent, all-girls school that educates and empowers young women in the Catholic tradition through an innovative college preparatory program grounded in our four core values of leadership, respect, perseverance, and faith. Trinity Hall prepares each student to achieve her full potential as she embraces her place in the world. Trinity Hall is located at 101 Corregidor Road in Tinton Falls, NJ. Trinity Hall serves students in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties.

A Trinity Hall teacher endeavors to achieve the academic, social and spiritual formational goals of Trinity Hall. An all-honors school, Trinity Hall is currently seeking teachers experienced at the secondary school level in the following subject areas.

Humanities Teachers: History and Theology
- History

- a Bachelor’s Degree at minimum (Master’s Degree preferred) in education and/or a related academic field or fields (e.g., theology, history; literature);
- previous experience teaching (secondary and/or all-girls preferred, Advanced Placement experience beneficial but not required);
- expertise in content area with flexibility and interest to teach a range of courses within the Humanities team;

World Languages Teacher
Trinity Hall seeks a World Languages teacher for the 2023-2024 academic year.
- a Bachelor’s Degree at minimum (Master’s Degree preferred) in education and/or a related academic field
- previous experience teaching (secondary and/or all-girls preferred, Advanced Placement experience beneficial but not required)
- ability to teach Spanish and French preferred; expertise in content area (with at least advanced low ACTFL level of oral proficiency required)

Staff Positions
Alumnae Professional Internship - Admissions Office: Admissions Assistant
- Admissions Office
- Role: Admissions Assistant
- Manage admissions data throughout the admissions and enrollment process;
- Prepare and manage applicant files; both in print and electronic formats;
- Answer admissions calls in a pleasant, professional and informed manner in order to provide accurate Trinity Hall admissions information;
- Manage/schedule student visits and conduct student and parent interviews;
- Support the Admissions Committee by preparing all application files for review;
- Review and score all applications;
- Coordinate production and mailing of all admissions letters as directed;
- Assist with admissions event planning and activities;
- Represent Trinity Hall at open houses, middle school visits, and other admissions related events;
- Performing other duties as assigned;
- Adhere to and support the mission of Trinity Hall.
- Bachelors or Associates Degree;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications;

Development Officer
Successful candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in fundraising experience in an educational or non-profit setting (with previous experience in fundraising, specifically annual fund giving and/or capital campaign fundraising experience preferred);
- Extensive fluency with Raiser’s Edge donor database experience and proficiency in Excel;
- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proven success managing deadline-driven projects/tasks of varying complexities;
- Experience with donor profiling and search tools, as well as comfort soliciting gifts of all sizes;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Willingness to work closely with colleagues and students in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Athletics Positions
Coaching Positions
Varsity Field Hockey Head Coach
- Conduct practices five days per week, generally weekdays from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
- Attend and coach all games, generally weekdays between 4 - 6 p.m.
- Attend special events such as the Trinity Hall Open House (9/30 and 11/8), NCAA Signing Day (if applicable) Fall Sports Awards Ceremony.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong field hockey coaching experience with high school aged student-athletes.
- Experience working in a school setting and coaching female athletes is preferred.
- Collegiate-level playing experience in this sport is highly desirable with high school-level
- playing experience expected as a minimum requirement.
- Ability to attend all team practices, meetings, and games August through mid-November.
Assistant Coaches

- The season runs August 21 through November 15, including post-season tournaments.
