The School: Trinity Hall is an independent, all-girls school that educates and empowers young women in the Catholic tradition through an innovative college preparatory program grounded in our four core values of leadership, respect, perseverance, and faith. An all-honors school, Trinity Hall is currently seeking teachers experienced at the secondary school level in the following subject areas.

Humanities Teacher
Trinity Hall seeks a Humanities teacher for leave replacement, available immediately through the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
Successful candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree at minimum (master’s degree preferred) in education and/or a related academic field or fields (e.g., theology, history; literature)
- Previous experience teaching English or theology
- Expertise in content area with flexibility and interest to teach a range of courses within the Humanities team
- Commitment to the school’s mission and vision by participating fully in extracurricular and community activities regularly (including those sometimes beyond routine school hours
- Desire to participate fully in the life of the school with expectations of, but not limited to: modeling behaviors that contribute to a positive and collaborative learning environment; cultivating positive partnerships with parents; participating in meetings, professional development courses; and updated and modifying curriculum guides
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good humor and flexibility to adapt to the daily needs of adolescent girls

Music Teacher
Trinity Hall seeks a full-time arts team member for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Job Description: The school seeks an accomplished music educator, conductor, and program leader to refine, lead, and expand a comprehensive instrumental and orchestral music program rooted in artistic excellence, intellectual rigor, and performance distinction. The successful candidate will design and implement an engaging, student-centered curriculum that develops technical mastery, musical literacy, and expressive artistry across grade levels. This role calls for a visionary educator who can cultivate high-achieving ensembles, mentor young musicians, and elevate the school’s music program through inspired teaching, innovative curriculum design, and outstanding public performances.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, implement, and continuously refine a rigorous, project-based and inquiry-driven music curriculum that fosters musicianship, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Lead and conduct orchestras and instrumental ensembles at multiple levels, ensuring high artistic standards and exceptional performance outcomes, including concerts, competitions, tours, and special events.
- Build and sustain a music program that helps students grow from foundational skills to advanced musical study and performance.
- Teach a range of courses that may include music theory (including AP-level), instrumental performance, chamber music, and music history.
- Mentor student musicians for auditions, competitions, honors ensembles, etc.
- Integrate diverse musical traditions, historical perspectives, and global repertoire into coursework and performance programming.
- Incorporate technology and contemporary tools to enhance instruction, composition, notation, rehearsal efficiency, and student creativity.
- Collaborate with faculty across disciplines to create interdisciplinary learning experiences connecting music with STEM, humanities, world languages, and the arts.
- Cultivate a supportive, high-expectations environment that promotes student leadership, artistic confidence, and ensemble discipline.
- Oversee the care, inventory, and strategic development of instruments, music libraries, and program resources.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and administrators regarding student progress, ensemble expectations, and performance opportunities.
- Represent the music program through community partnerships, professional organizations, and regional or national engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Music or Music Education required; Master’s strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience teaching instrumental music and directing orchestras or advanced ensembles, ideally at the secondary or collegiate level.
- Demonstrated excellence in conducting, performance, and ensemble leadership, with a record of high-level concerts and student achievement.
- Proven success in curriculum development, including advanced coursework such as AP Music Theory or upper-level performance studies.
- Experience mentoring students for auditions, competitions, honors ensembles, and advanced musical study.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire students and collaborate with colleagues.
- Commitment to the mission and culture of an all-girls educational environment, with sensitivity to the developmental needs of adolescent students.
- Professional demeanor, intellectual curiosity, warmth, creativity, and a passion for nurturing artistic excellence.
- Experience in arts leadership, program development, or department-level coordination is a plus.

Staff Positions
College Counselor
Trinity Hall has an immediate opening for a College Counselor for the 2025-2026 school year.
Job Description: Trinity Hall is seeking a College Counselor with at least three years of experience in high school college counseling and/or college admissions. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication, counseling, organizational and writing skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the college application process. The College Counselor will work closely with a senior College Counselor and report to the Assistant Head for Student Programs & Services, who is also part of the team. Applicants should also be enthusiastic to join a collaborative, supportive, dynamic, professional and mission-driven faculty dedicated to empowering and educating young women to be future leaders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support students and families throughout the college search and application process, including but not limited to college list building, academic and standardized test advising, essay and application review, interview preparation, and NCAA recruiting process.
- Work with the Assistant Head for Student Programs & Services and senior College Counselor in implementing a comprehensive college advising program for grades 9-12.
- Collaborate effectively with school leadership and faculty, particularly in areas related to the college admission process.
- Assist in the planning, chaperoning and directing college trips.
- Help plan and implement a robust calendar of events as part of the college counseling program, including student and parent meetings, college search/application workshops, financial aid information sessions, college fairs, etc.
- Promote relationships on behalf of Trinity Hall with college admission offices, including scheduling and implementing visits from college admissions representatives and possibly travel to colleges and universities.
- Compose school counselor recommendations for individual students.
- Maintain knowledge of current college admission trends.
- Ensure records of graduating seniors are updated and effectively communicated to colleges and universities.
- Participate in coordination and administration of standardized testing (AP, PSAT, Pre-ACT, SAT) on campus.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in college counseling/admissions at the high school and/or college/university level.
- Proficiency in Scoir and/or Naviance, Google Suite, and other relevant technology and platforms.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, multi-tasking, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability and desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, enthusiastic and dynamic team environment.
