Biography

Zakaria Rochdi brings over nine years of coaching experience to Trinity Hall, developing athletes across a wide range of disciplines. A former collegiate athlete at TCNJ and two-time NJAC track and field champion, he holds numerous certifications, including the USTFCCCA Masters in long and short sprints, technical coaching certification in all track and field events, sprint/hurdle/relay/event specialist endorsements, and USATF Level 1–3 certifications in sprints, hurdles, relays, jumps, cross country, and combined events.
 
In his first year at Trinity Hall, Zakaria has successfully guided athletes to break 21 school records, earn more than 41 top-10 all-time performances, and qualify for national competitions such as New Balance Nationals and Nike Nationals. Under his leadership, the team qualified for the Meet of Champions in the women’s 800m and 4x800m relay, and placed first overall in the Shore Conference Championships in the 800m and 4x400m relay, as well as in the Monmouth County Championship in the 4x400m. Skilled in designing effective training programs, Zakaria cultivates a culture of accountability, teamwork and peak performance to build championship-winning teams.
