Biography

Casandra Kovar joined Trinity Hall in 2026 after a decade of experience in undergraduate recruitment. A graduate of Rowan University, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science and a Master’s degree in health promotion management. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Casandra worked in fitness and wellness at The University of Arizona before returning to New Jersey, after which she started working in admissions recruitment for West Virginia University.
 
Casandra is actively involved in New Jersey Association for College Admission Counseling (NJACAC), where she serves as co-chair for professional development. Casandra is passionate about helping others discover their goals and pursue them. Her favorite part of the college process is helping students explore the range of possibilities available to them and envision where they can see themselves over the next four years.
 
Originally from Monmouth County, she now resides in Ocean County with her growing family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the boardwalk with her family, walking her dog, Leela, and catching up with friends.
