Biography
Michael was raised in Toms River, NJ and attended Monsignor Donovan High School. Upon graduation he studied theology and political science, and played lacrosse and ice hockey at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. Those experiences led to time spent studying peace and conflict resolution in the former Yugoslavia. His time overseas inspired him to continue his academic work between theology and conflict studies, so he moved to Philadelphia in order to work and study at Villanova University, where he ultimately earned his M.A. in theology with a concentration in ethics.
Michael taught theology and was the head varsity lacrosse coach at Donovan Catholic High School (his alma mater) for six years before enthusiastically joining the Humanities team at Trinity Hall for the 2021-2022 school year. Currently, Mr. Santos teaches freshmen and sophomore theology, moderates Model United Nations, is a member of the Campus Ministry Committee and is on the lacrosse coaching staff at Trinity Hall.
