IMDb forever and I feel Summers and she's going to be outlining and just talk about her fall fighting for the meet of Champions for cross country can you please explain to us this summer to prepare us for space and that's where I qualify for the majors steal our second question is like this week how have you been preparing like for your race on Saturday prioritizing recovery and tapering a lot and I'm making sure my nutrition is very like but strict about it so that on Saturday I'm ready to race and feeling my best the course look at it tomorrow we will be running at Holmdel Park and I'm super excited the weather is looking nice it's like 50 degrees but right now it looks like it's raining who's your biggest motivator and the guy who helps you to get to this point my biggest motivator is my dad and they both told me to get to this point and help me like work my heart in the wrist like sometimes the really hard on me because that's how I feel. Till what are your goals for the upcoming winter and spring season 7 also for an extra-special also hoping to call if I can get a chance again and just keep working hard with my team Chuck-E-Cheese going on did you end things in her future first day of summer
